Practical info: Cashless | AC/DC - Festivalpark Stenehei Dessel
In the Festivalpark you can pay safely and efficiently using digital Skullies. At the entrance to the festival you’ll receive an empty payment card. You can load Skullies onto this to use for payment in the Festivalpark. Each Skully costs 3.50 euros. There are a number of ways to load Skullies onto your card.
- At the top-up booths: go to any of the booths and state how many Skullies you want to load. After you have paid, the Coins are loaded onto the card. You can pay at the booths with any bank card or the current payment apps. There are a number of booths that accept cash payments.
- QR code: the card has a QR code. Scan this with your smartphone, follow the instructions and buy Skullies within a few clicks.
Once your Skullies are on your card, paying at the bars and food stands is a piece of cake. You settle up by swiping your card on a reader.

Can I get a refund of my unspent Skullies after the concert?
Yes, you can request a refund from Tuesday 13 August 2024 at 11am until Tuesday 27 August 2024 at 11.59pm, on THIS PAGE.
After this period has elapsed, no refunds will be processed. Refunds are issued within a month of request. An administrative fee of 1 Skully is charged for refunds. You must register in order to request a refund. Only purchased Skullies are refundable, please refer to the conditions of sale.

It’s easy to check your Skullies balance at the bars, food stands and at the booths.
I have lost my card with Skullies in the Festivalpark
Have you registered as a user by loading Skullies onto your card using the QR code? The helpdesk staff can block the card of a registered user. The balance is then added to a new card.

What can I pay for with Skullies?
In the Festivalpark, you can use the Skullies on your card to pay at every bar and food stand. Skullies cannot be used to pay at the merchandise stands, nor the shops.
Can I use my Cashless card at other events? Can I use my cashless card from Graspop Metal Meeting at the AC/DC show?
The cashless card is linked to a specific festival or concert and, as such, cannot be used at other festivals or concerts. Neither can Skullies be held over to any other event taking place this year or afterwards. You can request a refund of any unspent Skullies.
